How to Use Your Holy Wood:

Ignite: Hold your palo santo and light the tip with a candle, lighter, or match.

The Dance: Let it burn for about  30-45 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. I also like to blow on it to keep it smoking for longer, especially if I am cleansing the whole house with it. 

The Cleanse: Waft the gentle smoke over yourself, around your sacred space, or through the corners of your room to sweep away negativity and invite peace and happiness.

Extinguish: Safely tamp the embers out in a fire-safe, heat-resistant dish.
