A little piece of crystal history: Sodalite became especially famous after Princess Patricia of Connaught fell in love with the vibrant blue stone during a visit to Canada in the late 1800s. She requested it to decorate her royal residence in England, helping introduce Sodalite to Europe and earning it the affectionate nickname “The Princess Stone.”
